Manage My Communication Preferences

Direct Marketing

Fremont Bank respects the wishes of those clients and prospective clients who do not wish to receive marketing offers and promotions from the Bank.

You may manage your communication preferences by clicking on the “Manage Communication Preferences” button at the bottom of this page. Submitting your communication preferences does not prevent the bank from contacting you regarding your existing account services.

Please allow up to 30 days for your telephone number, postal and/or email address to be removed from any campaigns that are currently in progress.

Do Not Call

We also honor “Do Not Call” requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and various state-agency lists. Many states "Do Not Call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these "Do Not Call" lists. Therefore, if you are a client, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national “Do Not Call” list.

If you do not wish to receive telemarketing calls from Fremont Bank, you can ask us to place your telephone number on our "Do Not Call" list. In compliance with federal and state laws, the Bank will document your request immediately.

Your Do Not Call request can be in person, in writing, by phone, or online and must include at a minimum, your telephone number and name. If you have multiple phone numbers, tell us all numbers that you want to be included.

  • Requests in writing should be mailed to: Fremont Bank, Attn: Compliance Department 2580-1, P.O. Box 5101, Fremont, CA 94537-5101, or emailed to Compliance@fremontbank.com.

  • Requests by phone should be placed to: 1-800-359-BANK(2265) Monday-Friday 8:00a.m – 7:00p.m and Saturday - Sunday 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m.

In the event your telephone number ever changes, you must give us your new information for your “Do Not Call” status to remain in effect. Any email or U.S. postal communication to you confirming receipt of your “do-not-call” request will not be deemed to have violated this policy.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the Bank’s “Do Not Call” policy, or to request a copy of our “Do Not Call” policy, please send a written request to Fremont Bank, Attn: Compliance Department 2580-1, P.O. Box 5101, Fremont, CA 94537-5101, or by email to Compliance@fremontbank.com.
